I would say that this romper runs true to size. my true size is a medium, but I’m wearing a large in the pictures in this romper because I am very large chested and I needed the extra room to be able to zip up the top. The romper everywhere but my chest was a little bit big on me I felt. If you’re not huge chested, definitely stick with your true size on this one. You can also unzip a little and have a tank top underneath
